Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you received a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
Non-Refundable Items
Perishable goods that have been opened or used are not eligible for return or refund unless they are defective.
